The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lake33 Platform. lake33 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit any balances held in such accounts where permitted by applicable law:
Anti-Fraud & AML: lake33 maintains robust anti-fraud and anti-money laundering systems. Suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with our licensing obligations. Co-operation with any resulting investigation is a condition of account use.
All content on the lake33 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, game content, odds data, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of lake33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. Where lake33's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) Rs 10,000 PKR.

Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be forfeited or completed, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.
